Electoral Wards

There are 21 electoral wards in Hull. Boundary changes occurred in May 2018, and prior to this boundary change there were 23 electoral wards in Hull. At this time, there were seven Area Committee Areas (locally defined geographical areas) which covered three wards each as illustrated below. As at April 2023, the Area Committee Areas changed in Hull and there are now three Area Committee Areas: North Area Committee; East Area Committee; and West Area Committee illustrated in the map below.

The wards are illustrated in relation to Area Committee Areas which were in existence between May 2018 and March 2023 in the map below.
