This section on adults covers information on general physical health and mental health and emotional wellbeing, as well as specific diseases and health conditions including other topics such as neurodiversity, end of life and palliative care, falls and frailty, sexual health and suicide. Information on screening including the NHS Health Check and vaccinations is covered within Prevention under Adults.

Health can be affected by numerous factors, such as deprivation, poverty, housing, education, employment, etc, and these factors are examined under Health and Wellbeing Influences. Health is also affected by lifestyle and behaviours such as smoking, diet, alcohol, physical activity, healthy weight, etc and these are covered within Lifestyle Factors under Adults.
